Registration and Account Creation

To enroll in any course or access our services, participants must:

• Complete the registration process, providing accurate personal information such as full name, valid email, and WhatsApp contact number.
• Agree to update their account information promptly if changes occur.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in account suspension or termination.

Account Security:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Cloudverse Academy will not be liable for any unauthorized access resulting from negligence in securing your credentials.

Eligibility Criteria

• All the Courses: 12 years and above.
• Some Special Courses: 18 years and above.

Geographic Restrictions: Services are primarily available in India, with specific courses open globally as specified during registration.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet all prerequisites before enrolling in a course.

Payment Terms

Payment Methods:
Participants may pay using online payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and other payment gateways.

Payment Confirmation:
Upon successful payment, participants will receive a confirmation email or message. Access to the course will be granted only after payment is confirmed.

Late Payments:
Cloudverse Academy reserves the right to deny access if full payment is not received before the course start date.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
Refund requests will be entertained only if made within 24 hours of payment or slot allocation. Partial payments, split payments, or advance payments are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed after deducting the payment gateway service fee, which Cloudverse Academy does not retain.

Cancellation:
Participants may cancel their enrollment before the course starts, subject to the refund policy above.

Non-Refundable Situations:
Failure to attend the course after enrollment.
Violation of the Code of Conduct resulting in termination.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership:
All materials provided during the course are the exclusive property of Cloudverse Academy. Participants are granted limited, non-transferable access for personal learning purposes only.

Prohibited Actions:
Reproducing, distributing, or sharing course content in any form.
Recording sessions or uploading them to external platforms.
